• Why is a Geobox good for the planet?

  Every Geobox subscription helps the planet by reducing the impact of transport logistics and of packaging. First, because we know in advance when our customers need our products, we can streamline our deliveries - and this means fewer deliveries and fewer oral health miles. Secondly, although our packaging is produced sustainably and fully recyclable, we love to abide by Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. (Did you know Reduce, Reuse and Recycle is actually an order of operations, not just a cute eco-strapline?). So, we seek to Reduce first. Every Geobox uses less packaging than if you bought your Geobox products individually.
• Why is a Geobox good for me?

  First, you’ll be looking after you and your family’s oral health in an effective and sustainable way. Secondly, you’ll be doing your bit to help to reduce transport and packaging impact. Thirdly, you’ll save money: you’ll receive 10% off every item in your Geobox, and free delivery if you spend over £20. Finally, you’ll always have your favourite healthy mouth products in the cupboard. Your Geobox means one thing less on your shopping list!
• When do I receive my Geobox?

  Our customers have found that a Geobox every three months works best, so we listened! You’ll receive your Geobox on signup and every three months after that.
• Does a Geobox save me money?

  You can bet your boots it does. You get a 10% discount on anything you pack into your Geobox, and if you spend £20 or more, delivery is free.
• Am I tied into a contract?

  Not at all. When you sign up for a Geobox, you kick off a rolling subscription which is renewed automatically every three months, but you can cancel your Geobox anytime with absolutely no penalty. Simply log in to your account to cancel, or buzz us an email and we’ll do it for you. We might cry a little, though.
• How do I change my Geobox?

  It’s super-easy! Simply log in to your account, choose the products you want to add in to your Geobox, and take out the ones you no longer require. Your Geobox is fully customisable, which means it’s easy to try new products and to stick to old favourites. Justin, our warehouse hero, picks and packs your Geobox shortly before your next delivery date, so if you’d like to change up your Geobox, please tap in your changes at least two days before your next delivery date. (Justin’s fast, but not that fast.)
• Do you deliver outside the UK?
