I loved this oil. I'm new to 'oil pulling' and found it difficult to keep it going for 5 minutes at first, but I will increase the time as I get used to it. It left my mouth feeling wonderfully clean and minty fresh

Just replaced this product after a gap. It’s great to use. Remember to “spit” into loo to avoid oil build up in wash basin. Feels so fresh, I always stick with English Peppermint.

I have oil pulled before, using organic coconut oil, but thought I'd try this product (while I was ordering some toothpaste). I use a couple of capfuls, and swish it round my mouth after I've brushed my teeth, for 15-20mins. Leaves my mouth feeling even cleaner and fresher after brushing. I know it's good for my mouth health too. Don't use it every time I brush, just every now and then for that extra freshen up and clean. Not sure yet if I will keep buying or go back to using the coconut oil to try and keep costs down a little, but this is a really good product and I love it is minty, so who knows, I'll use the rest of the bottle and see how it goes!

This product is amazing and really lives up to its promises. It has a fresh, minty taste that leaves my mouth feeling refreshed after use. I can feel that my gums are healthier, and it was super easy to add to my routine. Definitely a must-have!
I love this oil pulling mouthwash it’s cool and refreshing. It can be used for up to 30 minutes . I make a point once a day to use it for up to 15 minutes and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh. A little goes a long way.
