This gives a really different experience to regular mouth wash, but my mouth does feel fresh and very clean after. It took a while to get used to the oily consistency and swilling for 5+ mins, but knowing this product is safe for me is a huge relief. I recommend this product.

I was diagnosed with Lichen planus in my mouth- a painful condition with no cure. In researching management options I discovered oil pulling mouthwash. Keen to try anything, I researched more and was impressed by the claims.

Again teeth pulling a new experience for me , made me gag a few times.
But getting the hang of it now.
Knowing it is helping repair, heal my gums and helping with cavities is a massive plus.
Also the fact it helps pull heavy metals, toxins from body isawesome. 👌
The only thing I didn't realise is not to sit into sink as it's an oil.
So any tips ,videos of use would be helpful with key words overlaid for people with different learning abilities, and impairments would be massively
Helpful.
Will continue to use from now on rather than the harmful commercial mouthwashes.

First time with this product and really like it. It seems to get rid of excess debris between my teeth, without the harshness of floss.

I love using the charcoal oil and my mouth and teeth feel really clean afterwards. I usually place in my mouth and swish around for 10 min whilst I shower, so easy to add into your daily routine. I have been oil pulling for years and have not needed to visit a dentist in over four years - the Georganics charcoal oil comes in two bottle sizes and so I take the small one with me when traveling.
I absolutely love oil pulling and Georganics have created the most awesome charcoal blend. My self care ritual has been up levelled using this product. Super refreshing.

Just left the dentist. Gum disease improved massively. Oil pulling every night 20 minutes made the difference. I'm sure of that. 6 months usage now. 3 months check ups. Both times a vast improvement on the last.
